Len Garza | Principal and Managing Attorney
For over a decade, attorney Len Garza has represented companies, business owners, and other stakeholders regarding a wide variety of business matters including entity formation, corporate governance, joint ventures, and more. Len routinely represents his clients in the reviewing, drafting, and negotiating of a wide variety of business agreements including those with shareholders, vendors, clients, and partners.
Len also counsels clients on estate planning matters, including the formation of trusts, wills and other structures, all designed to transfer assets to heirs and to charities in a tax-efficient manner that respects the values of his clients.
He serves as a Volunteer Advocacy Ambassador for Autism Speaks and he is a member of the Board of Trustees for Enable, Inc., a non-profit provider of services, resources and support for adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities in Central New Jersey.
Len is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is admitted to all federal courts in the major metropolitan areas of those jurisdictions. Len is also licensed in Maryland.
Karen Severy | Attorney
Karen Severy is a well-rounded and seasoned corporate generalist with more than ten years of direct experience. Most recently her primary focus has been on M&A buyer and seller transactions. As a corporate generalist, Karen has supported businesses from effecting multi-million-dollar acquisitions; to drafting and negotiating a multitude of agreements; to solving non-compete, intellectual property, and other pre-litigation disputes; to updating employment manuals, privacy policies, and website legal requirements; to entity formation and governance. She has advised small start-ups to large multi-national corporations on myriad issues, both simple and complex, often as de facto General Counsel. Karen previously worked in-house for Xerox and an investment management firm. Unusual for corporate attorneys, Karen also has a substantial background in litigation favorably informing her corporate expertise, beginning her career at a large Wall Street law firm, serving as a criminal prosecutor, and working for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Karen is admitted to practice law in New York, the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Florida. She earned a Juris Doctor with Honors from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelors in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
